I've been around this country for close to 30 years. There's lots of great places and people once you get away from the Etosha, Kunene, Swakopmund and the Dunes, Soussusvlei circuit. For me its these smaller spots -- their location, their people and characters -- who spin the web of what it means to be a Namibian over the landscape.

On this page are insights and things that fall between the cracks during social research. There are always ideas and facts that can never be worked into a policy document. To the left are descriptions of some of those places and some of those people and some of those facts that are just too good to forget.
